Registrar

  • Preferably 5-10 years of experience in academic or administration, governance, policy development and interpretation, of which two years must have been in a senior management position, (Director or Dean) in a Higher Education Institution (HEI)
  • Advanced knowledge of academic administration processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of higher education best practices in administration as well as detailed knowledge of regulatory framework pertaining to HEIs
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of organizational and business processes
  • Sound stakeholder, strategic leadership, people and Project Management skills.
  • High level of integrity, emotional and social intelligence
  • Knowledge and competence in using all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and the Internet

Qualification : 

FA or above or equivalent
(Diploma in Child Care would be preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety & wellbeing of children
  • Engage children in creative & educational activities (reading, arts, crafts, games)
  • Serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with basic hygiene tasks
  • First aid & emergency care
  • Communicate child’s daily activity with parents

Requirements

  • Experience in child care and babysitting
  • Ability to handle emergency situations (if any) timely and efficiently
  • Caring, patient and responsible attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Montessori education (preferred)
